Our salary packaging services centre on the administration of a Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA) to workers deemed eligible by Division 7 of Part 3 of the Fringe Benefit Tax Assessment Act of 1986. Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc work closely with Government bodies and industry associations to ensure full compliance and accountability throughout our entire business.

Our migration services are delivered by a registered migration agent, and are governed by the Migration Act of 1958. The advice we provide is regulated by the Migration Agent's Registration Authority.

Whilst all of our business processes are governed by the relevant legislation and our own internal best practice, we communicate to our candidates and clients in plain English; easy to understand and jargon free.
