Job Description Our client is looking for an experienced PA/EA to join their leading global company. This is a fantastic opportunity to put a great name on your resume and to gain some valuable experience.

As the successful candidate your duties will include:
- Extensive Diary Management
- Organising Travel from start to finish
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Processing expense claims
- General Administrative duties
- Assisting in the induction of new starters
- Phone coverage
- Organising corporate events

To secure your place in this company you must be an experienced PA with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You must be able to prioritise your time in order to meet strict deadlines and possess the personality to stay calm under pressure.

In addition the following criteria is desirable:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous work within the financial services company
- Established skills working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
