| Job Description | This opportunity would involve you working as part the position monitoring team providing advice relating to compliance advisory and monitoring specific to our Compliance Position Monitoring System.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; -implementation and execution of a broad risk based monitoring program -daily review and uploading of holdings and static data files into Compliance Position Monitoring System -Performing supplementary calculations for scenarios not catered for by the Compliance Position Monitoring system. -You will investigate potential breaches of Reporting Obligation Restriction breaches from offshore compliance hubs and work to detect irregularity in data (position, security static) and suggesting constructive solution to resolve issues identified. To successfully perform this role liaison with legal counsel, the business and other in-house units will be required. Our expectation is that you will have the technical capability and we will provide a challenging and diverse customer group with exposure to a range of responsibilities that will allow you to develop in a highly supportive environment. Personal attributes will need to include clear communication and multitasking skills. |
