| Job Description | We are urgently looking for a Business Analyst to work on a Compliance Project for a Global Bank.
Purpose: You will be working on a compliance project which is to improve the usage of policies and procedures across a wide variety of different products lines across a broad range of business units within a Global Bank. Responsibilities: * Analysing policies and procedures in place for a variety of products across a number of business units Finding duplicates, outdated versions and analysing ways to simplify and reduce the number of policies & procedures in use. * Document mapping and rewriting procedures and policies to make them easier to understand and to reduce the numbers being used. * Liaising with SME/Stakeholders about what they actually need within the policies and procedures and their feedback on the revised documents and their easiness of use. * Liaising with other Business Analysts to create a similar approach to policies and procedures across different product lines across a variety of business units. You will need: * Experience in a similar type of project * Excellent stakeholder engagement skills * Experience within Banking & Financial Services * Able to be proactive, use initiative and good influencing skills * Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team If you meet the requirements of this role, send in your resume today! |
