At Geoffrey Nathan we take care of all the messy stuff while saving you money!

As Geoffrey Nathan is viewed as the employer via the Supply of Professional Workplace Services Agreement and the Employment Agreement, it is a legal requirement that Geoffrey Nathan pays the employee directly.

How we work:

1. As a recruiter, you will be required to fill out a formulated spreadsheet provided by Geoffrey Nathan which has details of the employees hours worked, hourly rate, any overtime with overtime rates (if they apply).
   
2. Geoffrey Nathan will invoice your company for the agreed gross amount plus GST.
   
3. Once the invoice has been paid we then deduct ‘Pay As You Go' (PAYG) government tax, the statutory 9% superannuation contribution and the candidate's administration fee.
   
4. The balance is electronically deposited into the employee's bank account.

By using Geoffrey Nathan candidates maximise their take home pay!

Candidates who have already directly registered with the recruitment agency can also benefit by being payrolled by Geoffrey Nathan!  

If recruitment consultants send candidates to us for payroll we will not share that candidate with any other company. The candidate will simply bypass the recruitment process and be sent for payroll ONLY (unless we have written authority directly from the consultant). Geoffrey Nathan will remain the employer for the duration of the contract only.
